An AY a day is a daily online ATM study group sponsored by the Northern California Region of FGNA. The premise is simple - each day we go through an Alexander Yanai lesson together. One person volunteer to read directly from the book, and the others do the lesson. A short discussion follows immediately after the lesson.

Join us as often as you like in the convenience of your own home - come daily, every other day, once a week, once a month.  Meet practitioners all over the world.  The study group starts at 8 am sharp PDT - Pacific Daylight Time.  Please log on at least 5 minutes ahead of time.  Type in your full name and location (ex. Kwan Wong, San Francisco) when you log in.  Mute your mic when you are not talking to avoid sound interference.  Point your camera to yourself during the lesson if possible, so that the reader can follow your movements.

Please go to http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ if you need to convert your time zone.  To join the meeting, sign up at zoom.us and log on to https://zoom.us/j/994991573

Thank you so much for your support!  We had a very successful first meeting with 12 partitioners from all over the world!

I have been asked many times if we can record the lessons and share later.  Unfortunately distributing the lessons in audio format will be an infringement of IFF's copyright.  More importantly I want to maintain the social aspect of the group - meeting people from all over the world in real time.

However, I have set up a Facebook discussion group.  You can still comment on the lesson and interact with other colleagues even if you have missed the Zoom meeting.  Please join the group if you are interested:

A couple of technical details for the Zoom meeting:  Please use your full name and include your location when you log on (ex. Kwan Wong, San Francisco).  Mute your microphone when you are not speaking.

Thanks again and hope you can join us sometime.  :-)
