We will meet every single day in the month of June.  There will be no study group on July 7-10, 2017. Please check this page periodically for the current schedule.

An AY a day is a daily online ATM study group sponsored by the Northern California Region of FGNA. The premise is simple - each day we go through an Alexander Yanai lesson together. One or more people volunteer to read directly from the book, and the others do the lesson. A short discussion follows immediately after the lesson.

Join us as often as you like in the convenience of your own home - come daily, every other day, once a week, once a month.  Meet practitioners all over the world.  The study group starts at 8 am sharp PDT - Pacific Daylight Time.  Please log on at least 5 minutes ahead of time.  Type in your full name and location (ex. Kwan Wong, San Francisco) when you log in.  Mute your mic when you are not talking to avoid sound interference.  Point your camera to yourself during the lesson if possible, so that the reader can follow your movements.

Please go to http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ if you need to convert your time zone.  To join the meeting, sign up at zoom.us and log on to https://zoom.us/j/994991573

If you want to volunteer to read a lesson, use the sign-up sheet below:

You can still comment on the lesson and interact with other colleagues even if you have missed the Zoom meeting.  Please join the our facebook discussion group if you are interested:

  1. Hi

Is it ok to participate in these ATMs if you didn't finish the trainings? I ran out of funds, and would one day like to complete it. In the meantime, find it very frustrating not being able to get access to AY sessions, as there doesn't seem to be any way unless you're a practitioner?

  3. I signed on today for the first time and only Heidi and I were there. What happened? Did I do something wrong?
